How it works
Step 1: Initial contact
We’ll get in touch by email. I’ll send you a few routine questions about your business, such as what do you do business, how long have you been in business, why have you decided that now is the time to work on your brand, why have you chosen me, what’s your budget, etc. It usually takes two to three emails to get all the information I need so we can move on to step 2.
Note: This is where I need to mention I only work with useful businesses. So if you’re in the gambling niche or crypto, don’t waste your time trying to work with me.
Step 2: Official offer
Once I have the information I need, I’ll draft a business offer for you. The offer will include a detailed explanation of the problem you’re facing and how I’ll help you solve it. The offer is non-obligatory, meaning you don’t have to work with me if the offer doesn’t seem fair to you. I’m not the cheapest brand strategist you can find, so if my prices are too high, there are plenty of other fish in the sea. However, bear in mind those prices reflect not only my skill and experience but also the process behind helping businesses grow. With that said, if you agree we move on to step 3.
Note: Before we begin, you need to send me 50% of the payment in advance.
Step 3: Brand discovery sprint
This is where the fun begins! Your brand strategy should include relevant information such as target audience profiles, benefits, UVP, positioning, and more. You have all this information in your head, but it’s not structured in a way we can use. I’ll help you get it out of your head and refine it. We’ll schedule two or three meetings to discuss every little detail of your business. By the end, you’ll have already gained lots of clarity and a new perspective, though things might be a bit confusing before you see the final strategy in front of you.
Step 4: Creating the brand strategy
This is where I take over and do my magic. I’ll do all the necessary research and start carefully crafting the strategy, including target personas, psychological profiles, positioning statement, mission, vision, and more. All this information will later inform every other decision, such as where we should market your business, what your website copy should look like, design, logo, UX, etc. If this sounds a bit confusing, don’t worry about it – I’ll walk you through it. When you work with me, you get a partner, not a pair of hands to get some work done.
Step 5: Finalize the project
Once I deliver everything, we’re ready to finalize the project and discuss future steps. Some clients hire me to write their website copy or blog articles. Others take me on retainer as a brand consultant. We’ll discuss your needs and see if I can help.
